Louis Pasteur




Louis Pasteur (born December 27, 1822 - died 28 September 1895 at age 72 years) is a French-born scientist. As a scientist, he managed to find a way to prevent food spoilage until some time with a heating process called pasteurization. Louis Pasteur began his career as a physicist at a high school. At the age of 26 years he was a professor at the University of Strasbourg, then he moved to the University of Lille, and there in 1856 he made the discovery, which means very large for the field of medicine.
