Prince Charles or His Royal Highness The Prince Charles, Prince of Wales (HRH The Prince of Wales) has a real name Charles Philip Arthur George, was born at Buckingham Palace, London, 14 November 1948. He was the eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
Charles is a potential successor to the throne of Great Britain and more than a dozen members of the Commonwealth world. YM title name is Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay in Scotland and the Prince of Wales YM elsewhere.
Charles has been married twice, first marriage to Princess Diana (Lady Di) on July 29, 1981. Of marriage they were blessed with two sons, Prince William and Prince Harry. Then their marriage officially ended in 1996 after 15 years together.
