Flow

Chester Bennington, lead singer of Linkin Park, during a concert at the Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.
At the beginning of its formation, Linkin Park rock. Upon entry of a DJ or turntablis named Joe Hahn, Linkin Park to replace a hip-hop flow. However, the album Hybrid Theory, Linkin Park again to change the flow into nu metal and rapcore. Also on the album Meteora, Linkin Park are also just add the element of electronics.

On the album Minutes To Midnight, everything changed. Linkin Park is really reducing the specific elements of nu metal. Instead, Linkin Park uses the flow of alternative rock. This is clearly an experiment, given the success of Linkin Park with the nu metal genre in the previous album. However, the experiment was successful.

Technical
Linkin Park is rarely used technique guitar but the guitar melody. In addition, the rap of Mike Shinoda often appears in many songs. Chester sometimes screaming in some songs.
Again, changes occur in the album Minutes To Midnight. Linkin Park to reduce the element of rap from Mike. Rapnya only in two songs, namely Bleed It Out and Hands Held High. While vocalist Chester more dominant than ever. Linkin Park also played softer.
