Didier Yves Drogba Tébily (born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, March 11, 1978, age 34 years) is a football player Ivorian nationals who plays as a striker for Chelsea in the Premier League and national team of Ivory Coast. Drogba is known for his ability to keep the ball, duel in the air, and physical strength. He was the top scoring team of all time and the Ivory Coast, which ranks as the top-6 score Chelsea's all-time.


After playing at the junior level, Drogba started a professional career at the age of 18 years at Le Mans. He then signed as a professional player at the age of 21 years. In the 2002-03 season, Drogba joined Ligue 1 Guingamp and for the first time appeared to strengthen Ivory Coast's national team, in September 2002. He scored his first goal for Ivory Coast in February 2003 and recorded a score 17 goals in 34 appearances at the end of the season. Drogba joined Olympique Marseille in 2003 at a cost of £ 3.3 million transfer. He managed to bring Marseille to the UEFA Cup final in 2004 and is third in Ligue 1 top scorers with 19 goals.



In 2004, Drogba joined Chelsea for a fee of £ 24 million, making it the most expensive player Ivory Coast. In its inaugural season, Drogba managed to bring Chelsea won their first Premier League title and League Cup 2005, scoring a goal in the final. He was also impressive, scoring two goals in the Community Shield victory 2005.Pada 2006, managed to bring Chelsea back Drogba won the Premier League and became captain of the Ivory Coast for the first time. He became the first player to score for Ivory Coast at the World Cup finals in 2006 and was also selected as the Best African Player of 2006. He managed to bring Chelsea won the 2007 League Cup and FA Cup-2007 by scoring the winning goal in the second; its final party in 2009, he managed to bring Chelsea won the FA Cup 2009, scoring a goal in the final balance.


Drogba had a top score of English Premier League 2009-10 with 29 goals and became an important part when Chelsea won the title of "double" (2009-10 English Premier League and FA Cup 2010) first. He scored a single goal victory at Chelsea's FA Cup final of 2010 and make it as the only player who scored six goals in the English Cup final chance.
