In 2008, Billboard journal ranked Madonna at number two, behind only The Beatles, on the Billboard Hot 100 All-Time Top Artists, creation her the most successful solo artist in the history of the Billboard chart. She is recognized for continuously reinventing both her music and image, and for retaining a standard of autonomy within the recording industry.

Zuckerberg tells Lisa that she does not require graduating from college to be wildly successful, referencing Bill Gates and Richard Branson as examples. Zuckerberg founded the Start-up: Education charity. On September 22, 2010, it was information that Zuckerberg had arranged to donate $100 million to Newark Public Schools, the public school system of Newark, New Jersey. On December 8, 2010, Zuckerberg released a report that he had become a signatory of The Giving Pledge.
