André Luís de Pina Cabral e Villas-Boas (born in Porto, Portugal, October 17, 1977, age 34 years) or better known as André Villas-Boas was a Portugal national football coach. The last club he coached is Chelsea.
Villas-Boas had been a coach Académica de Coimbra for nine months and Porto manager for one tahun.Ia later became Chelsea manager in June 2011. After experiencing a number of results and poor team performance, Villas-Boas fired Chelsea on March 4, 2012.

Career coaching

As Assistant Coach
Villas-Boas is a former assistant to Jose Mourinho during his training at FC Porto, Inter Milan and Chelsea manager. On September 2009 he resigned from his position as an assistant coach oppenent field scouting the grounds to enhance the career coaching.


Académica de Coimbra

After retiring, he trained Académica de Coimbra from October 2009.Saat he makes recommendations, Académica at the bottom of league standings and Portugal have never won. Porto

After F.C. Porto sacked Jesualdo Ferreira, Villas-Boas was appointed to become the first head coach to be coaching the first place. He became the youngest coach in the history of the Portuguese league when he was introduced on June 4, 2010. Villas Boas led Porto Portugal Liga champions league season in 2011 when only five games to spare. Momentum is equal the achievements of his former boss, José Mourinho coached the same time, eight years ago. He made Porto Europa League champions after beating compatriot, Braga 1-0 in the final thanks to goals from Radamel Falcao.Villas-Boas became the youngest coach ever won the Europa League at the age of 33 years 213 days.
Villas-Boas trained FC Porto since June 2, 2010 until June 21, 2011.


Chelsea

Villas-Boas back to Stamford Bridge as manager on June 22, 2011 to replace Carlo Ancelotti. He was contracted for three tahun.Chelsea must pay compensation indirectly (through the Villas-Boas himself) € 15 million (£ 13.3 million) to remove the contract with Porto Villas-Boas. Villas-Boas became the youngest manager in the league event League 2011-12 season. He is the second coach to Portugal after the Chelsea manager Mourinho.


After experiencing a number of results and poor team performance, with only gained three wins from twelve league matches, one day after a 0-1 defeat away to West Bromwich Albion Villas-Boas was fired on March 4, 2012.
