James Earl Carter, Jr.. or known Jimmy Carter was president of the United States was born 39th October 1, 1924, in the small farming town of Plains, Georgia. He grew up in communities and small rural communities near the Archery. His father, James Earl Carter, Sr., was a farmer and businessman; his mother, Lillian Gordy Carter, a nurse. In 1974 after his term as governor ended, the United States Jimmy Carter traveled to the Democratic Party as the party's Campaign Committee Chairman. He helped initiate efforts to strengthen themselves and the party entered into the reorganization, after two successive defeats of Republicans in seizing the presidency in the White House. In 1976 on the basis of contacts held nationally, Jimmy Carter build a solid political foundation for winning the Democratic nomination as President. In 1976, Carter was nominated as the Democratic dark horse candidate to succeed President Gerald Ford through the United States presidential election in the presidential election 1976.Dalam he defeated President Gerald Ford by a margin of little voices.
Jimmy Carter has been involved in diplomatic efforts including helping to forge a deal with North Korea. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2002. Jimmy Carter served as president from January 20, 1977 until January 20, 1981. Significant foreign policy accomplishments of government including the Panama Canal Treaty, the Camp David Accords, a peace treaty between Egypt and Israel, the SALT II Treaty, the agreement with the Soviet Union, and the establishment of U.S. diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China. He's fighting for human rights throughout the world. On the domestic side, the achievements of government has included a comprehensive energy program conducted by the Department of Energy; deregulation in energy, transportation, communications, and finance; major educational programs under the Department of Education; and laws of the major environmental protection, including the National Conservation Act .
Jimmy Carter left the presidency on January 20, 1981 after the defeat of Ronald Reagan. He then returned to Georgia. He became an important figure in the Habitat for Humanity. He then set up a center chartered institutions.
