John Terry




John George Terry (born in Barking, London, England, December 8, 1980, age 31 years) is a British footballer who plays as a central defender for English Premier League club Chelsea and the England national team. Entrusted Terry Chelsea captain and England.
Terry began his career as a college player West Ham United and Chelsea. He played in the Chelsea first team since 1998. Terry had loaned to Nottingham Forest in 2000. He was elected as a UEFA Club Best Defender in 2005 and 2008. Terry was also selected as the only English player in the Best Team 2006 FIFA World Cup.


Terry is the most successful captain in Chelsea history. He won three Premier League titles, three FA Cup titles, two League Cup titles and two championships Community Shield as captain of the club. He is one of five players who have made 450 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea defender and also with the most goals for the club. Terry was recorded as the first club captain FA Cup winning New Wembley Stadium in 2007 and the first player to score in a friendly international match when England mengghadapi Brazil in the stadium.

Personal life

Terry currently lives in Oxshott, Surrey with his wife, Toni Pooledan two children. Their two children are twins who they named Georgie John and Summer Rose. His brother, Paul is also a professional football player, but he played at a lower level. He currently plays for Thurrock.


In January 2010, a weekly newspaper in Britain reported the rumors of an affair with Vanessa Perroncel Terry, who was the status of a former lover Wayne Bridge, a former colleague Terry in the Chelsea and England. Terry then filed a lawsuit through the High Court judge (High Court) to stop preaching, which was later denied. On October 3, 2010, the weekly News of the World makes an apology for the news about the personal life and declare Perroncel news about his relationship with Terry is not true.
