Yesterday, we have seen extreme show planned in inch to inch by World Wrestling Entertainment. Congratulations. It was really awesome and full of ideas.
Commentary on matches:
Randy Orton vs CM Punk (Last Man Standing Match)
Men started with some surprise. New Nexus banned from ringside and CM lost some nut of chance to defeat his month-long rival. On the other hand, match was 1-on-1.
Two RKOs couldn't do a result. First, 9-count. Second, 8-count.
But if in the game is legal top rope and brilliant technique, third RKO gone Punk to 10 count and Viper won a match!
Kofi Kingston vs Sheamus (c) (For US Championship)
Here they are. US Champion (previous) and his short-time enemy, Kofi Kingston, real pro in receiving secondary championships.
Throwing a table and happy escape hanging the ropes from smashing table. Game is not over.
Long part of match Sheamus dominated but one splash to table, Sheamus body broke that and we have a new United States Champion!!!
Sir Michael Cole & Jack Swagger vs Jerry "The King Lawler & Jim Ross (Country Wheeping Match)
Here come contestants. Michael Cole using bubbles thought that he could dodge a pain given by a strap.
Fool! It seems that Lawler and Ross are going to win but Cole performs sly roll-up...
...and self-named Voice of WWE pinned Jim Ross. One and only unsatisfactionary result of this PPV.
Rey Mysterio vs Cody Rhodes (Falls Count Anywhere Match)
It's time to adjustment! After draft we can see that is going to feud's final.
After backstage brawl...
Cody has a coffee stain and Mysterio going to 619 and Booyaka Booyaka, 1 2 3, Underdog wins!
Layla vs Michelle McCool (No DQ, No Count-Out, Loser Leaves WWE Match)
Two former best friends face to face on Extreme Rules 2011. It is only beginning of feud! It is only beginning.
Long and full of despair fight finished with roll up from Layla. A woman who apologized for her behaviour, thought that she would leave WWE but for our happiness, she wasn't right!
After match, Kharma made her WWE debut and attacked freshly thrown out from organization Michelle.
So I ask you: It was face or it was heel look at?
Face: Kharma attacked heel: Michelle McCool.
Heel: All Divas looked with some bit of stir and concern at Kia Stevens.
Christian vs Alberto Del Rio (Ladder Match for World Heavyweight Championship)
Shortly: They entered, after circa 20 minutes Edge turned Del Rio's attention and that became a chance for receiving first ever World Heavyweight Championship for Christian whose destiny met here. Good job, successor!
Big Show & Kane (c) vs Wade Barrett & Ezekiel Jackson (For Tag Team Championship)
Other part of The Corre trying to drop Tag Team Titles and: They're more powerful!
Wade Barrett is taunted by Big Show but...
...Ezekiel's clothesline, bodyslam and agression are base which could gave him Tag Title, but Wade Barrett taged him and...
...made bad mistake. Big Show performed Chokeslam, Ezekiel Jackson hadn't wanted to break the pin and gigants retained their titles. Wow!
John Cena vs The Miz (c) vs John Morrison (For WWE Championship)
So called Awesome One made his way to ring surely but he couldn't expect what will happen with his title.
Match was going on with varying success of contenders and champ. John Morrison then could win but angry R-Truth broke his chance and massacred him inside the cage.
However, it was occassion for John Cena!
Attitude Adjustment from the top rope in steel cage!!! What an awesome move!!!!
ONE! TWO! THREE!!!! NEW CHAMP!!!!! THE CHAMP IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!
AND HE THANKS FOR WATCHING!!!!!!
In conclusion, Extreme Rules is the type of show where rules are hardcore. In WWE not too much, but in good style.
It was surely better than TNA Lockdown. Why? Lockdown could be in Impact Zone. Why not? Officials had silly idea.
Extreme Rules attracted a lot of viewers in this year too. Creative team should receive a bonus prize for tripping. Without them, yesterday what we could have to do? Me nothing. And you?
